Baked Polyurethane Paint Finish: Mountain uses painting facilities that are the most
technologically advanced in North America. Proper pre-treament is the essential key to
applying a finish that will provide years of trouble free service. Employed in the process,
is a five-stage architectural aluminum pretreatment system that meets all the requirements
of AMMA 2605-98, but utilizing an environmentally friendly non-chrome system. Top this
off with an electrostatically applied and baked polyurethane powder coating and your product
will not fail during a 3000 salt spray test! Mountain will not cut corners on the coating
process and we can ensure you complete protection, long lasting appearance and your
ultimate satisfaction. We have many standard colors available or we can blend a custom
color that will match your requirements. Optional anodized finishes are also available to
suit your needs.

equipment is employed at every opportunity, rigorous testing procedures and a dedicated,

Choice of Materials: Standard shelter wall panels are 3/8" clear or tinted tempered safety
glass. All standard glass panels have vandal-proof ceramic frit, safety dots or stripes.
Safety markings with your logo are optional. Perforated metal panels are available for

our structural stability will not be compromised. Optional decorative metal panels are also
available to simulate historic wrought iron or to give your shelters a distinctive look.
Roof materials can be maintenance free, double walled polycarbonate, monolithic acrylic
or polycarbonate, seamless fibreglass reinforced plywood, standing metal seam roof panels,
fabricated copper, aluminum or steel roof panels, genuine cedar shingles or a host of other
